A racy cranberry and dansom plum accented ultra-dry bubbly delight from a low intervention winery in Vermont. Juice of Marquette grapes, bled off in the saignée method to making a lighter wine and finishes fermentation in the bottle for a natural sparkle. Native yeasts are employed and sulfur additions are very limited if done at all.
