Benoît Déhu Champagnes are produced in Fossoy in the Marne Valley, in Champagne . Benoît Déhu comes from a family of winegrowers “Champagne Déhu Père et Fils”. After working in the great Bollinger house, he decided to isolate a plot of Pinot Meunier and promote healthy viticulture that respects its terroir. His vineyard is worked on horseback, without chemicals and according to lunar cycles.
La Pythie is an ephemeral production of 320 bottles from a single barrel. The Champagne is made from Meunier harvested in 2020 and aged in wood for 10 months. It was disgorged on November 27, 2023 and has not been dosed.
