100% Chardonnay
Vinification for the Pouilly-Fuissé consists of 100% barrel fermentation in 50% new oak. The wines go through their malo-lactic fermentation as well lending them the classic, buttery mouth feel we associate with great white burgundy. The wines express the purity of fruit with a nice amount of toasted oak and possess the classic tropical fruit and mineral aromas which we associate with wines from Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon.
