100% Pommard clone Pinot Noir from Oregon's Willamette Valley. Organically farmed, fermented wholecluster, separately, with 30 days of skin maceration using wild yeast. Worked by foot one to two times a day with no temp control then aged in neutral French oak barrels for eight months following fermentation. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, as always.
