Sauvignon Blanc with minimal French Colombard, Orange Muscat. Grapes are sourced from vineyards in Mendocino and Lodi. Hand harvested. Mostly whole cluster direct press, some plots fermented on the skins. Each vineyard fermented separately in stainless steel and flextanks. No fining, no filtration. 18ppm added SO2
