A distinctive botanical gin. Foragers’ features a range of ingredients wild foraged from the coasts and valleys of Rhode Island. Local fresh juniper, elderberry, red clover, and rose hips. Herbaceous and floral. 42% abv/ 84 proof
ROSEMARY GREYHOUND
1 ½ oz Foragers’ Gin
1 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup Infused with Rosemary
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, strain into chilled glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
